Calvin Monroe continues to reign as the APCA Champion winning the Top Master Division by 2  points.  Charlie Brown completed the Top Master Division without losing a single game which was truly an accomplishment in itself.  Young superstar Kim Williams rolled on winning the Master Division with ease.  Thomas Fletcher, who was in a dog fight with Tal Roberts did what he needed to do in winning the Jr. Master Division. Toney Simuel won the Gold Bar Division.  Blue Ribbon Player William Ham of the Bull City got the nod in a 2 way tie with "Big O" (Not sure of real name but this is name that he registered with the APCA) to win the Gold Bar Division. 

 

It was decided that Dr. Smith will lead the organization for another 2 years and announced that he will be stepping down in 2011 after hosting the tournament in Columbus, Ohio..

The Bull City Pull Checkers has accepted to host the 2010 Tournament in Durham, North Carolina.  Stay tuned for further discussions. that may need to be discussed on the http://americanpoolcheckers.us/  forum, "the Den."

Unofficially, it appears that YOU, Kim Williams, leads the pack in the Master Division, William Ham of the Bull City Pool Checkers Club the Blue Ribbon, Thomas Fletcher of Baltimore the Jr. Master Division, and Michael Weaver of Washington, DC the Gold Bar Division.  Now I am not sure as to where the Top Master Division stands.  At this point it could be a 2 way tie between Calvin Monroe and Charlie Brown.  Trust me the angels has smiled upon Charlie Brown in at least one game leaving him to be the only undefeated top master. I believe he has no loses as Calvin Monroe has as many as 14 wins with a couple of defeats.
